the world as i see it
What the F*CK was i thinking???

Ok, before i just jump to the conclusion on what the f*ck i was thinking, i need to put you in the moooood.

After a long break [ about 2 years ] from gym and jumping from 87 KG with a normal chin to 108 KB with a double chin, i decided to go back to the gym and a proper way of eating like the good old days. So i went to the gym today after work and did about 50 minutes of cardio. On my way back to the hotel in Riyadh-KSA, i passed by a mini market to buy some food so i can cook also like the good old days since i love cooking.

I was turning and turning trying to find some decent thing to eat and suddenly found a can that says “cooked beef”. i was like “Perfect! Something which is already cooked so all i have to do is cook it a more to make it warm with a touch of salt and voila!” So i got like 4 cans and went straight to the hotel.

As soon as i opened the can, my first “mmmmm wtf” thought came into play! The smell was not quite something i was expecting but i still continued. I opened the other can, pour both into the pan, and finally on the fire. I waited couple of minutes for the smell to go away but it was still getting worse and worse. BUT still, i was like “how BAD could it be??”. So waited for another 20 minutes and the color of the beef would not even get darker so i said to myself that for sure it’s all ready to be served. But the smell was so bad that i took just a small part of it and put it on a plate. I got the fork and took a tiny bit of it to try…

TFEH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It tasted like … I HAVE NO IDEA what it tasted like! i just know that with even that little piece of bite i had, i was going to throw up!

Don’t ever EVER get cooked beef like the image displayed below!

Anyways, i went back down to the mini market, exchanged the 2 cans with 4 pieces of fresh chicken breasts, vinegar and salt to clean them and some olive oil for cooking so that the chicken won’t get stuck to the pan.

I cleaned them, cooked them, added some chicken stock and ketchup for some flavor and voila; a normal meal for the night!
